I received a 6M card from PZ5RA the other day.  I had sent him one of those familiar return envelopes (SAE + $).  He returned a card promptly, but the card was in a homemade envelope, made from a sheet of paper and stapled at the top.  What was more unusual was the fact that there wasn't even a stamp on it!
