[Dx-qsl] envelopes agn

Hi all;
Today I was glad to get in the mail a qsl card from 3b9fr confirming 2 new
band-countries.  Normally, I would not post here telling of this not-unusual
event.  What was interesting, however, is the condition of the envelope
which contained that qsl.  Shredded!  It was amazing that the qsl card was
still intact...it was, and amazingly, was not harmed.
My point:  The envelope was one of those flimsy air mail types with the blue
and red border with which we are so familiar.  If anybody is not getting the
3b9fr cards this may be the reason.  I did send a normal, security type,
envelope self-addressed, which would have been fine to hold the 3b9fr
regular size card.  Can somebody who is qsl-ing Robert pse pass this info to
him.  Somehow, the postal system has now implemented something which shreds
these flimsy envelopes.  A ham in our dx club has recently collected several
shredded enveloped of the same condition.  Several had the qsl card missing.
