here is the info from the OPDX Bulletin (Feb 08 - Mar 10, 2003).

15/02/03:  Ed, N2ED, plans to be active in the ARRL DX CW contest (February
15-16th) as V26G from Antigua (NA-100). QSL via N2ED. [Tnx N2ED]
