[Dx-qsl] TG9BD ?

Has anyone received a card from TG9BD in the past year ?

If so could you send me the name and address off the card ?

I looked him up on QRZ and nothing as well as Buckmaster
which only has the first name. Also a Google search didn't
help at all either.
