received FO/DL3GA via dl3ga.  sent 7oct03 to germany (with the required 2 gs 
for german postage), received from US address with US postage. 

i was going to make a comment on the above (something like " i've got an 
idea.  if a foreign station is going to use a US maildrop to RETURN qsls, why 
don't they use one to RECEIVE them too." ), but decided against it.
