[Dx-qsl] Mailing from Thailand

Today I received one of my sae's back from Thailand... empty!  I had 
written *my* call under the flap, but not *his* call, so I have no idea who 
it was from... OK, so I blew it! ... do as I say, not what I do.

Anyway I wonder if anyone can help me identify the sender. It would be for 
a QSO made after June 1, 2003, probably an IOTA, but *not* a HS station. I 
presume it was part of a bulk mailing made in HS by someone from elsewhere. 
The stamp on the envelope was a meter sticker with the words "THAILAND" and 
"19.00 BAHT POSTAGE", with a line drawing of an elephant with two young. 
The date on it was "23.08.2003"

Anybody else received one of these in the last few days?
