[Dx-qsl] TL6Z pirate or not

I heard Luis XE1L on 20M last saying he was part of the TZ6RD team which 
EA4URE sponsored and that he had obtained the TZ6L calllsign to operate 
a few days after the other group had left. FWIW  I don't think he would 
put this out publicly if it were not true.. He is a real gentleman.
