I worked EP2MPO in July of 1998 on 40 mtr CW. Sent an SASE with IRC to the
UA6. Nothing..... Sent an SASE again with GS and IRC to the
UA6......Nothing.  Sent $5 to W3HNK. Nothing.......  Finally sent
registered letter at a cost of about  $8.75. Bingo! QSL received. It was
about two months to get the card after 5=BD years of trying.   Total cost:
$17.45.........
I was happy. And I imagine a lot of Russian postal workers were too......
