[Dx-qsl] qsling tips

DO write your callsign on the back of the return envelope where it will be 
hidden by the flap once the manager closes it. This may also be a good 
check for the manager... as soon as he lifts the flap to put the qsl in, he 
sees your call... hopefully this helps get the right qsl into the right 
envelope.
