Two little ones that give me fits as a manager for a dx station.
1.
When you put your card in the mailing envelope, place it with the info side
AWAY from the glue flap. I just spent a few minutes slowly stripping enough
shards off the glue flap to figure out the qso info.
2.
SASE means self ADDRESSED stamped envelope.
3 envelope this month that had a loose stamp and no address printed on it.

I'm guilty of forgetfulness also and I'm sure both of these items were
caused by a 'senior moment' but they sure can take up a lot of time.
