       Jay,

       You are learning the facts of life.

       In the heady days when the bands were good and I was chasing
       U.S. counties, my buro returns from the States were under 30 per cent.
       I dont have a glossy DX call and card, but G stations like getting
       replies too.

       Some people just dont QSL. Sad but true. Your arm-twisting
       of the laggards is appreciated.
