By golly, you're right ! I also worked SO5R in April of 2000, but sent
the card via the bureau and haven't heard back yet. I also have a QSL from
S02R (not "SO2R" in Poland). The S05X guys are doing a bangup job, but it
does seem that the claim of an all-time new prefix is flawed...
