   Just my opinion, but I think that taping it like that would bring a lot of 
attention to your envelope.

   You always want to make these envelopes look as boring and drab as 
possible. Including getting it metered instead of stamps. And of course NO 
callsigns anywhere on the outside of the envelope. And always use security 
envelopes and try to make it thin. Not thick and noticable.
