[Dx-qsl] FR5DX

I worked FR5DX on SSB/80m for the first time on 05 april 1985. Then several 
times again in the following years. I sent many airmail requests including 
IRCs, GS, SAE, etc. After many US$ 2 and 3 IRCs requests, I never got 
anything back. I even asked for help from well known and respectable French 
managers, but they also failed. So I gave up.
