[Dx-qsl] FR5DX

I tried several times to get a card from Herik back in the early 90s, =
with the usual GS and SAE, to no avail. I then sent a final request, =
with GS, SAE and included some Amateur Radio magazines and other items =
of interest. I got a card right back from Herik.
