Here in the US it's 60 cents to Canada and Mexico. Everywhere else it
is 80 cents. I would suggest if you are feeling guilty about cheating
the postal system that you put the postage for Africa, but still include

How about the postal rate in that case?
I am afraid my mail to FR via France might be classified
as cheating
postal stamps, as AF rate is higher than EU rate.
JA post guide indicate that Reunion Island fall in African
category
which requires the highest price.
I guess the same will happen from Europe.
You rather like inter-EU postal rate than putting on more
stamps for
Africa.
Do they allow you EU rate if you write France at the
bottom of the address?
