[Dx-qsl] SOME REASONS FOR QSL CARD DELAYS

I would like to thank Steve, KU9C, for keeping the deserving updated on
the status of the QSLing activities for the stations he manages. I'm
still waiting patiently for my BQ9P QSL. When he says he is caught up
and I still don't have mine I'll worry.

My VP6DI QSL arrived this week. Took much longer than others, but VE3HO
has said that they are still coming.

I just wished ALL QSL managers would use DX-QSL to keep the deserving
updated on the status of their QSLing.
