A turnround of two or three years is not a good job for a QSLs bureau !
I'm used qsl'ing a lot of my cards via a well running bureaus :Europe, 
Japan, South America, Canada and other and.......when I send my QSL cards
I (really) need the card.
Sry fer my not good English language!
