I just worked FR5HA the other day on 20SSB and he told me to qsl via qrz.com and there is no mention of France on the address. I did add Indian Ocean to the address though. QRZ.COM or Buckmaster make no reference to via France in their address. GL Norm W8KNH Celebrating my 50th year in ham radio
