UA6LV via W3HNI (ARRL DX 02 CW & SSB)

That gives me #72 & #73 confirmed on 80 Meters!

Special thanks to Joe W3HNK.  I know many of you have read this here before,
but it's worth noting again:
If you are having difficulty getting a card from a Russian station (due to
rampant mail pilferage in some parts of the country, a sad but true
situation) contact Joe and see if he can help, even if it's not a station
that he manages.  I don't know how he does it (and I neither want nor need
to know!) but he seems to have the magic pipeline.  However he does it -- my
thanks and hope that he can keep up the good work.
