[Dx-qsl] will this one be acceptable

Pretty sure this will work.  I've got one or two credits that are my qsl, with a rubber stamp stating 'QSO CONFIRMED BY (callsign).  Basically, you have a confirmation.  Hopefully the note is written on the card, not on a post-it.
