[Dx-qsl] 4U1ITU received

Hi all,

How to get a QSL from 4U1ITU is often discussed on this reflector.
Different managers or the cba were given as an answer, and one of the
often mentioned qsl manager is I1YRL.

I sent a direct qsl request to Luc, I1YRL, and got all my 4U1ITU
contacts confirmed trough him within a couple of weeks!
My earliest contact was on 15 dec 1999.

Luc even included 3 aluminium engraved call labels.
In his letter Luc mentioned that he is the manager of 4U1ITU, 5H3PM,
BZ4DHI and Z31FK.
