Based on what's happened in the recent past as other parts of Yugoslavia
have attained independance from the federal government, should if Montenegro
vote for independence, the remainder of the country would still be
considered the DXCC entity of Yugoslavia -- even if the official name of the
country were to change at some point.

This is not the same situation as, for example, Czechoslovakia, which voted
to split into two countries, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.

However:  I think speculation on this is a little premature until the vote
takes place and is tabulated.
