[Dx-qsl] QSL Route For HC2DX?

Hi Harry.. Qsl Otto via Michel PY3ZM who lives in France.. The ARRL DXCC Desk
will should be receiving a letter from HC2DX advising them that this is his
manager... I am sure Qsls for HC2DX will be accepted soon.. Michel told me in
an email that HC2DX sent email to NC1L, but Bill wants written confirmation
...
