Hi All, Worked this station on 30 meters on 26 Feb. QSL route search reveals: CBA seems incomplete, i.e. no PO box or street address. QSL manager(s) listed as a PY3 or HH/F with addresses in France (strange). Seems HH/F person controversial in past threads. Any consensus on route to follow and/or legetimacy of this call?
