I ALWAYS answer SWL Cards..... as an ex-SWLer many years ago.... It also
keeps the SWLer interested in Ham Radio
and they may end up on the bands themselves.... some are handicapped and
can't get on air... and You can be assured that they will treasure Your QSL
Card..... whereas others may throw them away.....
Do Russians still have to collect QSL Cards before becoming a Ham...?. I
believe that was the case in the old USSR..!!!
I don't think I have received any since POBox 88 Moscow closed down....
