[Dx-qsl] Short Wave Listener Cards

I thought everyone got interested in amateur radio as an swl. I never sent
out any cards, but listened enough to learn the code this way. I answer all
valid SWL cards.

I also have a detailed SWL card of a very rare contact with Bouvet Island
that I recorded and played back the cw qso to confirm it only to get the
card back as not in log. Go figure, but I put the SWL card up in the shack
until I could replace it with a valid QSL card! My time and log dates were
not always very good, and many a time an SWL card had the correct date and
time and my paper log had skipped a date or more entry.

I believe all SWL cards have value and should be responded to in a timely
manner.
