Requiring an SASE for a "domestic" QSL request, especially from a contest
station that has benefitted from those contacts, is, IMHO, inconsiderate and
arrogant! Until those "famous" contest station(s) that will either not honor
a "domestic" QSL request without requiring an SASE, or will not even honor a
QSL request with an SASE, are identified, I see no change in their
"policies"? A few contacts often is the difference between 1st and 2nd place
in a contest? The "upside" of doing well in a contest, is making many
contacts! The "downside" of doing well, is answering the QSL requests!
