[Dx-qsl] K1B: Mission Accomplished

I know that in my case, I consider a donor anyone that sends anything above
what is needed to return the card to you...........which means a greenstamp
or irc for DX, and a SASE for USA.
So, if a US ham throws in a 37 cent stamp, they are a donor. If a DX ham
tosses in an extra greenstamp, or an IRC, they also are a donor.
Now, thankfully, many have chosen to donate more than that to the various
DXpeditions. When you consider the cost of many DXpeditions.........that
really helps the DX team pay the bills.
Handling responses based on donations makes more sense than, say
alphabetically (the ZLs or the AA1's would be most/least happy with this) or
'random'.....what if a ham sends a generous donation, only to find that
their card comes in much later than a ham that sends nothing at all.
Obviously there are a lot of factors besides donation.....for example...what
if a guy sends you a large donation, but many of the q's claimed are not in
log.....at some point you have to balance a lot of things....but my guess is
that this is some of what the K1B guys are referring to.....and it makes
sense
