Without commenting about those who come in long after the fact 
questioning how a particular job was done...

The "Mission Accomplished" message was in regard to a particular 
batch of cards that was handled in a particular way by VE3EXY.

Those who sent cards direct to Hrane or Roman with postage, IRCs 
and/or contributions would not be affected.

Return postage merely covers the cost of moving the cards, and IMNSHO 
is in no way a 'donation.'
