[Dx-qsl] Short Wave Listener Cards

I am a bit disappointed in the response from SWL stations.

I've yet to get a decent valid reason for continuing to QSL swl reports -
apart from "we've always done it!"

Most it has to be agreed are pretty useless....

Convince me!
