Here is a copy of an e-mail I got from LZ1PJ in spring 2001 plus
some other ''chat''

I did send e-mails to LZ1KDP but never got any replies... A lot of
stations in former USSR also use ''QSL via DK1XXX'' but it's just
a ''mail-drop'' and often results in nothing! ''DK1XXX'' is just that,
a ''mail-drop'', NOT a QSL-manager.

Another QSL-problem, especially in Italy, some QSL-managers are
no longer members of ARI. That's a way to get more QSL's with two
or more ''greenstamps'' when one IRC should be all needed..
