And tell us in the USA what you pay for a IRC..what something like $3.00 USA

I get a 80 cent stamp from the USA post office when I exchange a IRC.
But what is the USA IRC cost? 
And you send a ONE IRC to another country but it isn't enough for that country
they want 2 IRC's. Thes IRC's are getting way to expensive to buy and then
not get a decent postage amount for them.

What is ideal is the .80 cent AIRMAIL stamp on that SASE request for a QSL
that I manage.
