Yes the german bureau is able to identify the previous owner as there
exists a conversion-list from the previous calls.
Of course it�s better if you have the right call yourself as it reduces
their work
but for sure they try to find out any previous holder.
If you need any new call from a previous Y2-station you can send me a mail
too and I will try to find out (but please not hundreds, hi).
