[Dx-qsl] Y2-Y9 callsigns

Arthur,
I got a few replies on this subject, all from USA operators and I thank 
very much each sender for the contribution.

Nobody was 100% sure of the correct answer. Unfortunately not a single 
reply came from DL until now. I think that an ex Y2-Y9 callsign owner is 
able to give us the answers for sure. Unfortunately there isn't any reply 
from them yet.
