here and you may be able to get the correct address from JR2NCB
Gunnar SM5ARL has BY5RA in one of his online logs. Search for SM5ARL and
drop him an e-mail.
I found two PO Box numbers 730 and 703 in Fuzhou. The stations above will
have the correct one, fingers crossed anyway.
