[Dx-qsl] QSL info for BY5RA

Hello everybody,

I worked BY5RA operated by YL operator several times in 1991 and 1992. It
was long time ago, I sent a few cards via buro and directly. Last one was
sent in October'1997, which came back yesterday (!) with some chinese
letters on the envelope, the address I wrote is crossed out. Great it came,
but it is only my own card without confirmation.

Could someone help me to find correct address or QSL manager for this
station. I need it to my YLDXCC.
The address I used is:
Fuzhou Radio Sports Assn, box 730, Fuzhou, China.
The same address is shown using Pathfinder.
