I buy mine at any National Bookstore branch in the Philippines. They come
10 to a pack. A pack of 10 costs 13.25 Pisos which with an exchange rate
of 50.60 Pisos to the U.S. Dollar comes out to 26.5 cents a pack, or 2.65
cents apiece. So for approximately a quarter I get a pack of 10 in a
sealed zip lock plastic bag. On my last trip for the 1997 CQWWDX contest I
bought a case lot of 100 packs at a discount price of 25 USD. I will be
going to the Philippines again this year if you would like me to pick some
up for you. This is the cost of the higher, export quality, envelope, not
the lessor quality envelope used for domestic use. The domestic envelopes
are cheaper but not as good and I don't recommend them. For .0265 (2 and
half cents) I'll go with the better quality. Size is 6 1/4 by 4 1/2 inches
or 158 by 114 mm as measured with a little 8 inch/200 mm ruler I have.
