Ken, my comment on BRIGHT POSTITs were to make sure I see it.  If you put it in writing on the card, it's easy to get missed with all the logos, etc that folks tend to put on their card.  Mostly , folks write in MICE TYPE the extra q's, or the 'more q's over'....and my eyes are getting old at 46...HI.

If anyone does the design you propose, I'd ALSO have printed on the back, or written by hand your callsign.  Keeps from flipping back/forth.  Most folks don't as it's more expensive to print on both sides.  But, as you said

which applies in this case as well...

Frankly, I'd simply prefer a nice, printed sheet...with a callsign and the data printed in date order
