Thanks for the many replies I have received in such a short period of time.
Labels are a good solution, but I like to do things the old fashioned way
and fill out my cards by hand. Two people have suggested an idea that I
like. That is, when putting QSOs on the back of the card, put all of them
there. That sounds like a great idea. Put all of them on the front, or all
of them on the back. It's easy to understand how QSOs can be missed when a
manager is trying to answer many thousands and they are on both sides of the
card.
