We active hams in Montana really do appreciate your SASE! Please never doubt
that. We are #1 in the country for people working 2 Jobs to make ends meet.
Now having said that. I QSL 100%. However, I NEVER send my card POST CARD
style! I have received more TRASH because cards are sent that way. If I
can't read the contact details, or the call sign, then I won't confirm the
contact. No rotating doors for QSLs here. If my card is worth sending for,
then the courtesy would be for you to AT LEAST put your card in an envelope
so it gets to me in good shape. It is the least you one can to insure at
least the card is in decent shape when it arrives.
