[Dx-qsl] Dilema: YI9OM

Hi Mike;
First...good going on getting the YI.  U have to send a qsl request to find
out abt what happened if u think wkg him agn will produce the same results.
Exlain in an attached note what happened.  Might be a pain in the neck, but
usually will give pretty good results if u explain.  Happened to me several
times, on good ones too.  Go for it Mike...nothing ventured etc...gl...73/dx
