Well stated John. I don't mind sending managers extra to help defray the
expenses, but for one to demand more than the cost of postage is the same as
holding a card for ransom. The price for airmail from France to the US is .67
Euro and 1 USD = 1.13 Euro. Now this guy wants 2 USD, and I believe someone
wrote previously he wanted a stamp along with that. If anyone is satisfied
with these requirements, then fine, use this manager's services. Thank
goodness there are many good managers out there that don't follow his
example. They are in it to help their fellow amateurs and are satisfied to
just break even.
