All the cards that I have sent to Atoine have been replied to 100%.

Antoine is very explicit in his requirements, if you require a card, send 
S.A.E. plus 2 IRC's for EACH CARD. you require from him.
I always send each request separate as there may be weeks or months
between the logs that he receives.

You can check who he is QSL manager for and his requirements for 
QSL requests on the SM5ARL QSL manager web site..
