Yes I remember this one from 1995.  JY74Z on SSB and JY74X on CW.  It was to
promote friendship between Jordan and Israel as I recall having just
completed peace talks.  I believe the operation took place on a mountain in
Jordan with some historical significance.  Anyway, no cards here either.
Ate my $$'s too.
