JY74Z was nothing but a scam to earn $.  QSLs were never distributed. 
 Besides the manager JY6ZZ who made a killing on this one, these are the 
other members of the criminal enterprise that should be questioned often 
as to what happened and why none of them had the balls to send out the 
cards!
