[Dx-qsl] Some QSL Route/GS Help

Hello all,

I have several holdouts I think I should check on since it has been sometime
since they were sent direct. So I thought I would check with the experts
here on DX-QSL. Anyone qsl any of these I would appreciate your insight.

But first, does anyone know if Abubaker 5A1A made it to Germany? If so,
anyone have his German address. Before I try another registered letter to
Libya I want to try a less expensive route if he is now in Germany. ;-)

EX8MDA   Sent mint stamps and envelope last time but no reply.
UP0L         I showed a route QSL via UN9LW manager Sent stamps and nested
envelope, no reply.

Finally anyone have a feel for the number of Green Stamps to get a reply
from Malta, Norway, Japan, and Germany. I have some cards I want to sent
direct to QSL managers in those countries and don't want to do the buro
thing.
