[Dx-qsl] swl requests

For the users of DXBase2003, there is a special SWL request module.
The swl card you will receive will have the call of the station he heard you
working and the time and date.
You can check to see if you did indeed work that station at time and date.
If so, you select that qso to be given a qsl label.
During the process you choose the SWL LABEL created by Joe Glockner for
DXBase.
You will then be prompted for the SWL's callsign which you have on the card
he sent.
Then you are prompted for the country the SWL is in.
Finally you print the label.
Then just include that card to the outgoing bureau placed in the order of
countries.
For example, a SWL from France, you include with the other qsl's you are
sending to France.

I get a few each month via the bureau. With the DXBase2003 module it's easy
to do.
Who knows, someday you may get the SWL card that confirms the QSO that Steve
says is not in the log. :-)

I feel if a SWL wants my qsl that much that he sent me one via the bureau,
then I can take a few seconds to send him one in return.
