[Dx-qsl] QRV Tonight

I'm planning to be QRV tonite sometime after about 0300 Z or so for a few
hours.

If there are any Eastern European or Asian stations who will be on at that
time, and would be willing to try and make a schedule with me for 75 Phone
or 80 CW, please contact me directly.  I'm especially looking for stations
from Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Belarus and points East, and just
about ANYONE in Asia.

Propagation has been there, but I haven't had much luck -- either I haven't
been able to break the pileups, or the stations just weren't there.
