[Dx-qsl] NEW: amateur radio award reflector

Dear OM,

There are several excellent DX, contest and QSL reflectors around. As to my
knowledge there currently is no international mailinglist available to award
hunters. (the 10X Int. Net runs a list but postings are limited to club
matters and 10X chapter paperchasing). Time has come to offer award
enthousiasts a forum where they can discuss award hunting in general. Any
licensed HAM and SWL with a genuine interest in this part of our hobby is
